A-G to take crash course in ‘How to Recover State Funds From Friends and Family’

The Auditor-General has enrolled on a one week intensive course on ‘How to Recover State Funds From Friends and Family,’ according to reports.

The crash course which is organised by a world renowned debt recovery specialist is designed to “equip students with the skills and balls needed to recover debts from friends and family.” The course tutor admitted that recovering money “from friends in power and family, as the A-G may find, can be a Herculean task,” but with the right training, debts can be successfully recovered.

This development comes only days after pressure group, OccupyGhana threaten the A-G with a law suit for failure to recover state funds illegal paid to various individuals and organisations.

A source inside the Auditor Generals office said the A-G is keen to begin the course and has even asked to take an additional course in ‘How to Recover State Funds From Friends of People in High Places.’
