In keeping with the recent journalistic phenomenon of making news out of church sermons, a YesiYesi Ghana reporter who spent his Sunday morning at the Holy Gospel Anointed Mountain Of Abundant Faith and Blessings International Believers Ministries reports of a prophesy warning of 3 tragic events that will rock the nation in 2015.
Reverend Archbishop Major General Dr. T. B. Duncan-Judas, CEO and founder of the church, revealed that he received a prophetic message with a list of “demonic disasters” that can only be averted by weeks of intensive prayer and fasting.
Narrating a dream he had on Saturday night, T. B. Duncan-Judas disclosed that he “saw cholera carrying demons trying to find a door to enter the country. He warned that the demons are aiming to the get the disease into Ghana “between May and June.” The disease will be used as a tool by these demons “to kill hundreds of people living in slums and other poor areas in the country,” he noted.
According to the CEO and founder Holy Gospel Anointed Mountain Of Abundant Faith and Blessings International Believers Ministries, “the city of Accra will also experience floods; starting from the month of June.” He warned that torrential rains “caused by demons in the atmosphere” will lead to flooding in several parts of Accra. Areas in the capital city which will be most hit by the floods will include Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Dansoman, Taifa as well as parts of Sakumono and Nungua. “Properties will be damaged and human lives will be lost,” he added.
In the last of the 3 predicted events, T. B. Duncan-Judas warned that “in August, a spillage of the Bagre Dam in Burkina Faso will cause deaths and destruction to Northern, Upper East, Eastern and the Volta regions of Ghana.” He claimed the spillage is the work of demons from Burkina Faso who seek to cause unrest in the northern regions of the country. Hundreds will be displaced and tens will be killed.
He warned Ghanaians not to rely on flesh and blood but to pray and fast to avert the impending disasters. “We do not fight against flesh and blood,” he told his congregation. “So a proper waste management system and a general application of common sense will not stop these things. All we need is endless prayers and fasting until we all develop stomach ulcers.”
