First, the courts awarded him a gargantuan judgement debt and now Alfred Woyome is set to be awarded an honorary degree for his groundbreaking work in the field of financial engineering.
Dayspring Christian University of Mississippi says it will honour Alfred Woyome for his “outstanding contribution” towards redefining financial engineering. A statement from the American university said: “Our honorary degrees are usually for sale but on this special occasion, we will award Mr. Woyome with a gargantuan honorary degree, free of charge.” The renowned financial engineer, will receive the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Loot (DLo).
According to Dayspring University, financial engineering during the “pre-Woyome era” was defined as “the use of mathematical techniques to solve financial problems. It was an academic discipline which interlinked the fields of computer science, statistics, economics and applied mathematics to address current financial issues as well as to devise new and innovative financial products.” The outstanding
thievery work of the Ghanaian has however redefined the scope of financial engineering with a single equation which explains the mathematical link between greed, kleptocracy and 51.2m GHC.
Mr. Woyome will join honourable Sherry Ayittey and a list of other illustrious individuals who have
purchased received similar honours from the American university.
